- Cancellations on and 90 days prior to the conference will incur a ISK 5.000 administration fee. - Cancellations on or before 60 days prior to the conference will incur a 50% cancellation fee. - Cancellations on or after 30 days prior to the conference will receive no refund. The service fee for all changes is ISK 5.000 Cost for name change is ISK 5.000 Neither the organizing committee nor KOMUM conferences can be held responsible for any financial loss resulting from exchange rate fluctuations.
