Conference Dinner

Conference dinner is included in the registration fee but you need to inform us if you will be attending or not.

Accommodation

Rooms have been prebooked for attendees, at Hotel Leifur Eiríksson (located in the city centre).
Room availability 30 September - 4 October. For additional nights please contact info@komum.is 

We require full payment for the hotel upon booking.
All prices include breakfast and all taxes.

To book a hotel please add your correct dates in the calendar boxes.

Please email info@komum.is to cancel or change your accommodation booking, at least 30 days prior to your arrival date to avoid additional fees.
If you need to cancel your accommodation booking within 30 days of your arrival date any cancellation fees will be subject to the hotel cancellation policy.

Changes to the registration must be sent in writing to info@komum.is, an ISK 4000 administration fee will be charged for any changes needed. If you need to cancel your accommodation booking within 30 days of your arrival date any cancellation fees will be subject to the hotel cancellation policy. Neither the organizing committee nor KOMUM conferences can be held responsible for any financial loss resulting from exchange rate fluctuations.
