Cancellation of registration must be sent in writing to info@komum.is - NOTE cancelation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from KOMUM conferences. Cancellations before 15 July 2024 will receive a full refund less ISK 5.000 administration fee. No refunds can be made for cancellations received after 15 July 2024, but changes can be made anytime. The service fee for all changes is ISK 5.000 The cost for a name change ISK 5.000. No charges for Accommodation will be made if cancellation is made +7 days before the arrival date. Neither the organizing committee nor KOMUM conferences can be held responsible for any financial loss resulting from exchange rate fluctuations
