Cancellation policy Accommodation Payment policy for invoice payment Cancellation policy Notification of cancellation made before February 20 will be charged a service fee of ISK 10.000. Cancellation from February 21 to April 20 will be charged 50% of the registration fee. Cancellation made after April 21, we regret that no refunds of the registration fee can be made. Cancellation is not confirmed until you get an e-mail confirming the cancellation. The service fee for all changes is ISK 5.000. Cost for name change ISK 5.000. Neither the organizing committee nor KOMUM conferences can be held responsible for any financial loss resulting from exchange rate fluctuations.
