    Cancellation policy

    Notification of cancellation made before December  will be charged a service fee of € 50

    Cancellation made after December 1st 2023, we regret that no refunds of registration fee can be made. Cancellation is not confirmed until you get e-mail confirming the cancellation. 

    • The service fee for all changes is € 20
    • Cost for name change €30
